You have 30 days to request a return, your equipment is covered by a one-year warranty, and our team is available to support you in a human, transparent and fair manner should any problems arise.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return a product.

After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the return.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:

 

  • Be returned in its original condition

 

  • Not have suffered any damage, excessive wear, or modifications

 

  • Include all parts and accessories provided

7. Warranty
Equipment sold by OptimoLife Equipment Inc. is covered by a one-year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear or misuse.
